About The AOR

Founded in 2015, The Art of Relaxation (The AOR) was born from a passion for healing, intentional touch, and holistic wellness. As a self-taught massage practitioner with an apprenticeship under a Licensed Massage Therapist at The Peninsula in Buckhead, I cultivated my skills through hands-on experience and a deep commitment to helping others restore balance in their lives.

After further refining my craft while working with Healing Hands in Sandy Springs, I embarked on my own journey, creating a luxury mobile relaxation experience designed to bring comfort, care, and renewal directly to my clients.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of serving a diverse clientele that includes travelers, blue-collar professionals, busy parents, artists, influencers, celebrities, CEOs, and business moguls. Regardless of background or profession, every client receives the same level of personalized attention, intention, and care.

At The AOR, we offer a variety of massage experiences, including Swedish, Lomi Lomi, Deep Tissue, and upgraded wellness sessions tailored to each individual’s needs. Every session is thoughtfully curated to promote relaxation, healing, and restoration of the mind, body, and spirit.
